Note about the color: I spent quite a bit of time researching the color of this phone. It seems quite unique. Finally, on Wikipedia of all places, I found a color swatch called Peach Cream that closely matched. Hex#-FAD6A5 RGB: 250/214/165. It's kind of a light creamy pink

No cracks or chips in the case
This old rotary dial wall phone has what is known as a pigtail hookup. See photo. This is the first phone of this type I've seen and I have no idea how to hook it up to test it. I would assume it works, but I just don't know
